Ukrainian Prime Minister Groysman demands e-declaration system be fully operating soon

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has demanded that the internet-based income declaration system be fully operational as soon as possible, the Department of Information and Communication of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers told a UNIAN correspondent.

”So, the electronic declaration system started to work today, though, unfortunately, only in a test mode. According to the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC), the software has sufficient program modules to allow for the presentation, storage and disclosure of income declarations, as required by law, and can begin operating,” the head of government said.

According to Groysman, all necessary decisions to fully launch the system should be adopted and implemented as soon as possible.

”And, secondly, in accordance with my request, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service is currently conducting an investigation to identify those responsible for the electronic declaration system not fully operating in a timely manner. Based on its results, we will draw conclusions,” Groysman said.

”And still, the system of electronic declarations is going to work in Ukraine,” he added.
