Ukraine to get visa-free regime with EU in October – Poroshenko

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has stated that he hopes Ukraine will be granted a visa-free travel with the European Union in October.

”I hope that in a few weeks, in October, we will have a visa-free regime [with the EU],” Poroshenko said during the opening ceremony of a new kindergarten in the village of Yuvileyne, in Dnipropetrovsk region.

Earlier, the Ukrainian President expressed confidence that Ukraine would receive a visa-free regime with the EU in autumn.

”I am confident that we will win, I am sure that we will change the country, and I am sure that we will get a visa-free regime in the autumn,” he said.
