Ukraine will pay Russia by the end of Friday for the gas that will be supplied to the country in December 2014.
Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Minister Volodymyr Demchyshyn said this at a briefing on Friday, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“The money will be paid by the end of the day,” he said.
He said that the issue concerned the purchase of one billion cubic meters of natural gas that Ukraine should get by the end of the year.
