Ukraine has officially declared the impossibility of any negotiations with Russia

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy approved the decision according to which Ukraine will not conduct any negotiations with the Russian dictator Putin. It is caused by Russia’s annexation of Ukrainian territories.

By his decree, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy implemented the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated September 30, 2022 “Regarding the actions of Ukraine in response to the Russian Federation’s attempt to annex the territory of our state, with the aim of guaranteeing the security of the Euro-Atlantic space, Ukraine and restoring its territorial integrity.”

“To state the impossibility of conducting negotiations with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.”

In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers is also tasked with strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities by increasing the supply of military and technical assistance to Ukraine.

“The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine should ensure the strengthening of Ukraine’s defense capabilities by increasing the supply of military and technical assistance to Ukraine in the conditions of escalation on the part of the Russian Federation.”
