Ukraine will host an emergency video conference with the Tripartite Contact Group in response to militants not complying with the ceasefire, beginning on August 31 at midnight, Darka Olifer, the press-secretary of Ukraine`s envoy to the Contact Group on Donbas settlement and former president of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma wrote on Facebook.
Olifer said that the militants made the commitments ”in connection with the start of the new school year.” However, they have violated their earlier vows.
”A Skype-meeting is to be held tomorrow, September 1, at 12:00,” she added.
