Ukraine and Albania agree to cancel visas

Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin and his Albanian counterpart Ditmir Bushati have signed an agreement to cancel visas between the two countries, according to Ukraine`s Foreign Ministry.

”Pavlo Klimkin and Foreign Minister of Albania Ditmir Bushati are signing an agreement between Ukraine and Albania on mutual visa waivers,” the ministry said on Twitter on Friday, November 4.

”Good talks today [with] Pavlo Klimkin in Tirana. Reconfirmed Albania`s support for Ukraine. Agreed on new impetus in our bilateral relations,” Bushati tweeted on the same day.

As UNIAN reported earlier, Klimkin is on an official visit to Albania on Friday. The agenda of the visit includes meetings with Albanian President Bujar Faik Nishani, Speaker of the Parliament Ilir Rexhep Meta, Prime Minister Edi Rama, and Foreign Minister DitmirBushati.
