“The European Union has a College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium) and Natolin (Warsaw). These are one of the most respected institutions of postgraduate education that prepare specialists for work in EU institutions and member states. We are creating our College of Europe in Ukraine,” he announced.

He explained that first a faculty of European integration will be opened in one of our higher education institutions, and then on its basis a full-fledged Ukrainian College of Europe will be created within the framework of the “Presidential University”.

“And although I have been told that this will not be solved in months – as it has been said many times on other issues – I know that the creation of our College of Europe will not last long. I’m sure it will work soon,” the President emphasized.

The head of the country also noted that the educational institution will become not only a professional basis for Ukraine’s policy as a member of the European Union but also a contribution of the state to the development of EU institutions.
