The head of British intelligence: The executions in Ukraine were part of Putin’s plan

The head of British intelligence MI6 Richard Moore said that extrajudicial executions were part of Putin’s plan for an invasion of Ukraine.

“We knew that Putin’s invasion plans included extrajudicial executions by his military and intelligence services. Reports of executions of civilians in liberated areas are horrifying and run blood cold,” he wrote.

In this way, Richard Moore responded to a statement by British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss condemning the mass killings of civilians in liberated towns and villages in the Kyiv region.

“We must bring to justice those responsible for the horrific actions of Russian troops in Bucha, Irpin, and other parts of Ukraine. The Putin regime will not be allowed to hide its involvement in these atrocities,” said Truss.
