Terrorists are intensively shelling the town of Popasna in Luhansk region with Grad multiple rocket launchers, and there are people killed and wounded, according to the official website of the head of Luhansk Regional State Administration.
“On Tuesday, September 30, at about 09.30, LPR terrorists began the intensive shelling of the town of Popasna with Grad multiple launch rocket systems. The ambulance station is on fire in the district center, and there are people killed and wounded,” the report says.
Shelling continues. Shells have completely destroyed a bridge near the village of Troitske.
