Russian-backed militants are preparing for an offensive near the village of Pavlopil, Donetsk region, according to the report on the website of Ukraine`s Defense Ministry.
The Ukrainian military intercepted enemy communications, revealing that a breakthrough is being prepared near Pavlopil.
”To this end, the enemy has been amassing live force and military hardware in this direction,” the report says.
Earlier, the Russian-occupation troops continue shelling the positions of government forces near Pavlopil.
