There is an agreement on the exchange of prisoners of war (POW) in Donbas under the ”two for two” arrangement, Ukrainian MP Nadia Savchenko stated after coming out of the Presidential Administration, according to Ukrainska Pravda.
”At present, there is an agreement to swap two for two – and it must be done now,” she said.
”The president should do this by issuing a decree, instead of waiting for the courts, because it will then continue for six months and not be relevant anymore,” Savchenko said.
