Sanctions will increase if Russia doesn’t hold the Minsk Agreements, said the French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said

The French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said on the TV channel iTele that sanctions against Russian Federation will increase if Russia doesn’t hold the the Minsk Agreements (February 12,2015) and reduce in case of true perfoming all the items of agreements.

“The dialogue with Russia rather hard,” Laurent Fabius said.

“If the situation will improve, sanctions will decrease. If Russia or the separatists will not perform (requirements Minsk Agreement) will be new sanctions”, – underlined the Minister.

The French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius took part in meeting in Minsk in delegation of the French President Francois Hollande. The negotiations continued more than 12 hours and the most disputes were about status of Donbass and control abroad.

As it was said earlier the President of Ukraine stated that there were no agreements on any autonomy or federalization and the Ukrainian government will restore the full control over the border .
