Russians destroyed or damaged more than 3,000 objects in the liberated Kherson region

The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal noted on November 15, 2022, that Russian troops destroyed or damaged more than three thousand objects of the residential and non-residential infrastructure of the Kherson region (south of Ukraine) while it was under Russian occupation until November 11, 2022.

“As of November 14, there is information about the destruction or damage of more than three thousand objects of residential and non-residential infrastructure, including 123 objects in the city of Kherson,” said the Prime Minister of Ukraine.

Denys Shmyhal clarified that Russians destroyed 23 health care institutions, 22 educational institutions, 33 bridges, 14 railway stations, gas, electricity, water and heat supply facilities in the Kherson region.

The Prime Minister also said that criminologists were working on the territory of the region liberated from Russian soldiers, recalling that more than 400 war crimes committed by Russian military have already been recorded.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine allocated UAH 100 million from the reserve fund to the Kherson region for liquidation of the consequences of hostilities, restoration of critical infrastructure facilities, and social sphere facilities.
