Russian missile strike on the Kremenchuk mall in the Poltava region is an act of terrorism, another Russian war crime in Ukraine, which confirms the Kremlin’s intentions to deliberately destroy Ukrainians.

The minister stressed that there were no military facilities near the shopping center in Kremenchuk.

“At that time, there were many people in the mall. There were up to 1,000 people. During the air alert, some people came out. There may be more victims,” Monastyrskyy said.

According to him, the missile strike on the shopping center in Kremenchuk, which killed at least 18 civilians and nearly 60 others were injured, indicates that such strikes on civilian objects are not accidental.

“This confirms that Putin has instructed to attack civilians. No matter who is there. He chooses a time when people are either asleep there when it comes to residential areas, or if we are talking about facilities as a shopping center, chooses a time when there are a lot of people inside,” the Minister explained.
