“I can say that any country located on the border with Ukraine is not safe from the missiles fired by the Russian Federation. I will not say what happened there on the territory of Poland, but what concerns the territory of Moldova is definitely a missile related to the Russian Federation,” said the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

According to Oleksiy Danilov, Russia currently uses old missiles instead of modern ones, so it is not surprising that they often fail to work as expected.

At the same time, he added that the aggressor country will bear responsibility for the strikes with which the Russian army destroyed the objects of the Ukrainian energy infrastructure.

“Together with the world community, we will make them answer in The Hague or in another place that will be determined. This cannot go unpunished,” concluded the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

In addition, after one of the missiles fell on the territory of Moldova, the country’s President Maia Sandu called on the international community to increase pressure on the Russian Federation to end the war.

“We strongly condemn Russia’s repeated attacks on Ukraine’s citizens, civilian facilities & critical infrastructure. The international community should strengthen its pressure on Russia to stop the war. Only this way can we end the suffering & loss of lives,” wrote Maia Sandu.
