Russian army holds rotation in Ukraine

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation accumulated enough forces in Ukraine, therefore, they do not send new subdivisions, but hold rotation of the old ones.
Press Secretary of the NSDC Information-Analytical Department Andriy Lysenko told a briefing, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“There is enough forces there (in Donbas – Ed.), they (Russian forces – Ed.) already hold rotation. In other words, they do not add, but replace subdivisions which earlier entered Ukraine. We do not note concentration, there is only rotation,” Lysenko said.
