Russia has already killed more than 9,400 Ukrainian civilians

The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevgen Yenin noted on December 4, 2022, that more than 9,400 civilians had already been killed by Russian shelling since the beginning of the full-scale war against Ukraine.

“According to the National Police of Ukraine, more than 9,400 civilians have been killed and about 6,800 were injured. Unfortunately, there are also children among them: since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, 461 children have been killed,” explained the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

According to Yevgen Yenin, the police are recording new crimes of the Russian army in the territories liberated by Ukrainian troops, which Russian soldiers are shelling the most often. The civilian population is suffering due to terrorist attacks and the death rate is increasing daily.

The Russian army continues to attack the critical infrastructure of Ukraine. Currently, there is no energy supply in 507 settlements in eight regions of Ukraine.

The Kharkiv region in the east of Ukraine is the most affected, where 112 settlements have no electricity supply. More than 90 in the Donetsk and Kherson region, 82 – in the Mykolaiv region, 76 – in the Zaporizhzhia region, and 43 in the Luhansk region.
