“According to various estimates, the direct losses of assets in the agriculture of Ukraine are more than $6 billion, and the total losses are more than $30 billion,” Serhiy Kubakh noted.

In addition, more than 5% of the land fund of Ukraine, which is more than 2 million hectares was damaged.

It is noted that the recorded facts of military destruction caused by Russian troops in Ukraine and the collected documents can be used in the future to compensate for the corresponding losses both through appeals to international bodies (a specially created tribunal, the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the European Court of Human Rights, investment arbitrations, etc.), and through the use of internal programs and procedures in Ukraine (in particular, appeals to court).
