Direct speech: “if he (Putin – ed.) wants to contain NATO, if he believes that he can destroy NATO, he can use tactical nuclear weapons. Where will he apply it? Perhaps he will use it not in Ukraine, but somewhere in a crowded place in Poland.”

Wesley Clark noted that Russian troops are simulating a situation in which Russia loses because NATO supports its enemy. In this case, they must use tactical nuclear weapons. As a result, NATO declares that it does not want a nuclear war and retreats.
