Pro-Russian terrorists violated cease-fire with Grad rocket system

Pro-Russian terrorists continue to violate the cease fire in Donbas despite the fact that Ukraine is fulfilling the Minsk agreements including the withdrawal of heavy-weapons and making changes to a law granting the terrorists’ republics a self-rule.

The press center of the Anti-Terrorist Operation in Eastern Ukraine reports that Novotoshkivka village in the Luhansk Region was shelled with Grad rocket system from 9.30p.m. till 9.40p.m. by the pro-Russian terrorists on March 27, 2015.

The militants fired about 40 rockets at the ATO forces’ stronghold and another 20 at the village:

“The terrorists shell our positions and civilians with weapons that should be withdrawn according to the Minsk agreements. They are violating the truce and trying to engage the Army into armed confrontation,” states the ATO Press Center.
