The Verkhovna Rada adopted the state budget on a night for December 29, since today Ukraine should present to the IMF Mission macrofinancial indexes for getting the international finance aid.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko told a press conference.
If someone wanted to postpone this and to discuss it for another two weeks – it would be very good, but from January 1, naturally, legislatively and legally we would not be able to finance the army, because I consider that behavior of the deputies, in particular, those who voted for the budget, was very responsible,” Poroshenko noted.
