”If there were an operating government in Ukraine, nothing would prevent me from agreeing with the U.S. on $1 billion worth of loan guarantees of the U.S. Government, receiving a $3 billion IMF loan, and signing an agreement on military-technical cooperation with the United States,” said Poroshenko.
As UaPosition reported earlier, deputy head of the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko parliamentary faction Oleksiy Honcharenko said that nomination of Rada Speaker Volodymyr Groysman for premiership was endorsed at the faction meeting.
