Poroshenko signs law on partial mobilization

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a law on partial mobilization, the press service of the head of state has reported.
As reported, on July 22, MPs approved a Ukrainian presidential decree on partial mobilization.
According to the document, mobilization is conducted within 45 days from the date of entry into force of the decree.
According to the law, the need to declare partial mobilization is related to the concentration of groups of troops (forces) with significant offensive potential on Russian territory near the state border of Ukraine, a threat of attack, and a threat to Ukraine’s state independence.
