Poroshenko agrees on cheap coal supplies from Kazakhstan

Ukraine and Kazakhstan have agreed on supplies of cheap coal from the Ekibastuz coal deposit.
Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said this at a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in Kyiv on Monday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“We have agreed on supplies of coal from the Ekibastuz deposit, the cheapest coal produced in that area,” he said.
Nazarbaev also said that he had invited Poroshenko to visit Kazakhstan and organize a forum of businessmen “so that they could find common ground.”
