Over 84,000 police officers maintaining public order in Ukraine elections

Over 84,000 police officers are maintaining public order at early parliamentary elections in Ukraine, the press service of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry has reported.
“Ballots have been delivered to 29,587 precinct election commissions (out of 29,707). As many as 84,425 police officers will provide around-the-clock security for them,” reads the report.
In particular, ballots have been delivered to all operating polling stations of 198 district election commissions. District election commissions were taken under around-the-clock security, and 799 police officers were involved for this purpose.
