OSCE Mission: Debaltseve fired by “DPR” militants

Town of Debaltseve (55km north-east of Donetsk) has been shelled by the “DPR” (Donetsk People’s Republic) militants, says the report of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission.
According to the Mission, its experts have recorded at least seven unexploded rockets.
“A crater analysis performed by the SMM showed that the Grad rockets came from a western direction, the direction of “DPR”-controlled Horlivka,” reads the statement.
According to the OSCE, on 19 January at 07:40hrs, at least 30 Grad rockets impacted in and around the centre of Debaltseve killing three civilians and wounding twelve. Rockets had caused significant damage to buildings and covered an area of approximately one square kilometer.
