NSDC explains why airports of Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia were closed

The National Security and Defense Council explains why the airports of Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia were closed.
Airports of Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia were closed due to security considerations.
Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing Tuesday.
“According to my information, this was done to ensure security. I cannot tell you exactly in details,” he said.
At the same time, Lysenko emphasized that the closure of the air space is a prerogative of the State Aviation Service of Ukraine.
