Normandy Four foreign ministers start talks in Munich

Foreign ministers of the Normandy Four have started negotiations in Munich on settlement of the situation in Donbas, according to an UNIAN correspondent.

The talks are being held on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference with the participation of Foreign Ministers of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin, Russia Sergey Lavrov, Germany Sigmar Gabriel, and France Jean-Marc Ayrault, the report said.

On the eve of the talks, Pavlo Klimkin said that the key issues of the meeting would be security and humanitarian sphere.

”I do not expect any breakthrough from the talks. We have suggestions for security, and we will place greater focus on the humanitarian issue. I am going to raise the issue of a `road map` as well,” he said.
