Nearly 200,000 Ukrainians change polling place

A total of 190,283 Ukrainians have changed their polling place in early parliamentary elections on October 26 without changing their voting address, the Central Electoral Commission has told a Ukrinform correspondent.
In particular, most voters who temporarily changed their polling place are from Donetsk region – 21,704 people, Dnipropetrovsk region – 15,040, Lviv region – 14,715, the city of Kyiv – 11,213, and Luhansk region – 11,119.
Residents of Donetsk region most often changed their place of voting within their region, the city of Kyiv and in Dnipropetrovsk region.
Most voters from Luhansk region will vote within their region, the Ukrainian capital in Kharkiv region.
In addition, 2,864 residents of Crimea and 774 residents of Sevastopol expressed a desire to change their polling place.
An additional 18,765 people will be able to participate in the elections in Kyiv.
