Serhiy Bolvinov, the head of the investigative department of the police of the Kharkiv region, said that as of October 6, the bodies of 534 murdered Ukrainian civilians were found in the territory of the region that was liberated from the Russian army.

“We have already recorded and extracted the bodies of 534 civilians in the liberated territories of the Kharkiv region [east of Ukraine – ed.], 226 of which are women, 260 – men, 19 – children (13 of them have not been identified), and 29 – these are the remains of people, the gender of which have not yet been determined.”
According to the head of the investigative department of the police of the Kharkiv region, the figure is more than half a thousand dead, taking into account the mass burial in the city of Izyum in the Kharkiv region, where 447 bodies were extracted.
Serhiy Bolvinov also reported that 22 torture chambers of Russian troops were found in the liberated territory of the region.
