Zelenskyy said that during his visit to Ukraine, Bettel visited deoccupied settlements in the Kyiv region. He stressed that this visit confirmed support for Ukraine.

“Luxembourg has been constantly helping us. If we talk about assistance regarding the capacity of our army, then 15% of the entire defense budget, although the Prime Minister does not like to talk about it, Luxembourg allocated to our defenders and defenders,” Zelensky said at a briefing with Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel in Kyiv on Tuesday.

“If every country in the world had allocated approximately such budgets, I think we would have already won,” he added.

Zelenskyy also thanked the Prime Minister of Luxembourg for his personal help.

“We have been in constant contact since the first days of this war. This is true,” he said.

He also expressed gratitude for helping Ukrainians who found shelter in Luxembourg due to the war.
