The Luhansk-1 volunteer battalion, the Omega and Jaguar interior forces units have conducted a cleansing of a number of settlements in the Slovianoserbsk district, Luhansk region, as well as the villages of Krymske and Sokilnyky, according to the official Facebook page of the battalion.
“There was fighting between Krymske and Sokilnyky and near the Siversky Donets River. One enemy mortar was destroyed and one more seized during the battle. Up to 40 militants were killed with the support of BTR-3 and BTR-4 armored personnel carriers,” reads the statement.
There are no casualties among Ukrainian soldiers.
