“Despite a strike of pilots, Lufthansa Cargo intends to perform all cargo flights planned for Wednesday and Thursday.
To remind, pilots of the largest airlines Lufthansa resumed a wave of strikes on Wednesday. This time, the action concerns only cargo flights, carried out by the daughter enterprise of this air company. The strike of Lufthansa Cargo pilots will continue until 22:30 October 9.
Over 5,400 pilots of the German air carrier stand against plans of the company managers to raise the age limit for their preterm retirement from 59 to 61 years.
