Komorowski, Hollande want to agree on ‘independent response’ to shelling in Mariupol

Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski has discussed the situation in Ukraine with Ukrianian President Petro Poroshenko, and separately with his French counterpart Francois Hollande on Tuesday evening, the president’s office reported.
“It was a continuation of a telephone conversation between the presidents of Poland and Ukraine that took place on Monday, regarding the situation in the east of Ukraine, Ukrainian-Russian crisis and the reaction of the Western world on shelling in Mariupol,” Undersecretary of State at the Polish President’s Office Jaromir Sokolowski said.
At the same time, Komorowski discussed with Hollande the situation in Ukraine and the need to reach an agreement within the EU on “the proper response to the escalation of tension in Russian-Ukrainian relations, following separatists attack on Mariupol.”
