Klimkin urges to fulfill all the Minsk agreements

Russia has promised to send the Minsk agreements signatories on the part of the so-called “DPR” and “LPR” Oleksandr Zakharchenko and Ihor Plotnytsky to the meeting of the Contact Group on Donbas, which complies with the requirements of the Ukrainian party.
This was discussed during the Ukraine crisis talks in a “Normandy format” in Berlin, Ukrainian foreign minister Pavlo Klimkin tweeted.
“We have agreed that a tripartite [contact] group will meet to discuss pulling back of weapons. We insisted, and Russia promised to bring Zakharchenko and Plotnytsky to the meeting,” the minister posted.
He also informed that at the meeting in Berlin the parties had agreed to fulfill one provision of the Minsk arrangements each. At the same time, according to the minister, the Russian Federation does not want to discuss other provisions of the Minsk agreements.
Klimkin also noted that Russia had promised to talk to terrorists.
However, he urged not to believe the information on the new “initiatives of Putin”, which, according to him, did not exist. “Nobody discuss or support them. There are Minsk agreements. It is necessary to fulfill them all,” Klimkin emphasized.
