Klimkin says about basis of Minsk negotiations

Delivery of the humanitarian aid to the ATO area and the release of hostages should be the basis in the agenda of negotiations of the tripartite contact group in Minsk.
Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin told reporters, Ukrinform’s correspondent reports.
“We should ensure that the Ukrainian humanitarian aid was delivered to those who suffer and who need it now. And Donetsk and Luhansk do not let the delivery of this humanitarian aid. And this should be one of the key agreements of the tripartite contact group, and the second main issue will be the release of hostages,” he said.
The minister said that today’s very fragile ceasefire is a result of implementation of Minsk agreements by the Ukrainian side. In this context, he urged Moscow, Donetsk and Luhansk also to fulfill their obligations.
