On July 21, 2015, the SSU (the Security Service of Ukraine, SBU) Press-Center informs that in the ATO area was shut off the trafficking channel of oil products from the territory of the Russian Federation to Ukraine.
“The pipeline 1 km long was illegally lined through the state border near Pantyuhine of Novopskovskyi district of Luhansk region,” the SSU Press-center.

“The pipeline entered the territory of the private property, where the oil spills was conducted. The SSU officials detected equipment for dispensing and covered cistern with the capacity of 50 cubic meters with 5 tons of fuel-oil materials inside. 50 tons of fuel more were found in the cistern on the so-called “storage terminal”, reports the SSU Press-center.
The criminal proceeding under Article 204 (unlawful transportation for selling purposes excisable products) of the Criminal code of Ukraine was initiated.
The pipeline was made down. The oil products and equipment were seized. The urgent operational and investigative actions are under way.
