IMF mission to work in Kyiv by end of January

The mission of the International Monetary Fund {IMF) is expected to work in Kyiv until January 29, the National Bank of Ukraine has reported on its official Facebook page.
“It is expected that the IMF mission will work in Kyiv until January 29,” reads the statement.
As reported, the third stage of the work of the mission of the IMF European Department to complete the second review of Ukraine’s implementation of the stand-by program began on January 12.
“During its work, the parties will continue to discuss economic, fiscal, monetary and financial policy, as well as the main aspects of the implementation of reforms envisaged in the program, and aimed at overcoming the economic crisis in Ukraine,” the National Bank reported.
The IMF mission began its work in Ukraine on January 9.
