Groysman seeking to pass tax reform, impose moratorium on any changes for 3-5 yrs

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, according to the priority action plan for 2016 intends to implement tax reform that simplifies the administration of taxes for businesses. It also plans to introduce a moratorium on any amendments to the upgraded Tax Code after it is adopted, for the period of three to five years, that`s according to Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman who spoke at a meeting with businessmen in Kyiv Friday.
”Our task is to create a high-quality tax system. It is very important that it be created in cooperation with you [representatives of business],” said Groysman. 
”Such work has been carried out, and now we, along with the Parliament, together with you, are proceeding to the next stage of the negotiation process, to establish a single system… I think we should impose a moratorium on any changes [to new the Tax Code] for three to five years,” the prime minister said.
