European experience in managing a business space by newly appointed foreign ministers may “break” on Ukrainian realities that require allocation of significant resources to the defense sector.
This opinion was voiced by director of the information-consulting company Defense Express Serhiy Zgurets at a press conference on Thursday, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The new ministers-foreigners profess American or European standards for managing business space, but wouldn’t their experience break on our realities, related to the fact that we need a lot of money to throw in the defense industry,” the expert said.
He stressed that Ukraine cannot use the means that are provided as external assistance for the defense sector – they should be found inside the country.
“Therefore, the situation will be extremely difficult next year, because in order to win the war, we need only three things – money, money and money again,” Zgurets summed up.
