No European concessions for Russia on Ukrainian issues – Kuleba

While European countries have tended to normalize relations with Russia, this will not occur at the expense of concessions in matters of principle, in particular Russia`s aggression against Ukraine, Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe Dmytro Kuleba said on Radio Liberty.

”I am convinced that there will be no concessions,” he said.

At the same time, he advised European politicians to pay attention to the experience of the U.S., in an attempt to reset relations with Russia.

”I think that all European politicians will find it appropriate to speak with Hillary Clinton on this subject after the elections in the United States, when she has more time. Once upon a time it was she who pioneered the restart of U.S.-Russian relations. But we see that the relations between these two countries were not restarted or were rebooted in a negative direction,” Kuleba said.
