Defense Ministry to be reformed under volunteers’ concept – president’s advisor

A presidential advisor, assistant to the defense minister and coordinator of the Wings of the Phoenix volunteer project, Yuriy Biriukov, reported on Monday, December 22, that a Defense Ministry reform concept proposed by a group of volunteers has been approved.
He wrote this on his Facebook page.
“Our reform concept has been adopted as a working version. Now the concept is being improved, and testing algorithms are being created. And we have a term of three to four days,” he said.
He also reported the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation with the KPMG international audit company.
“This time the task is completely different: the drafting of a bill on public-private partnership in the military-industrial complex,” he said.
