Car of LPR leader Plotnitsky blown up in Luhansk – media

A car belonging to leader of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People`s Republic (LPR) Igor Plotnitsky has exploded in Luhansk, RIA Novosti reported, in a dispatch regarding the so-called ”LPR people`s militia.”
It is not known yet whether the LPR leader was in the car when it exploded.
Following the car explosion, two people with injuries were taken to hospital, according to the militants.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Russian presidential envoy Vladislav Surkov expressed his belief that leader of the DPR [Donetsk People`s Republic] Alexander Zakharchenko, along with the LPR`s Plotnitsky, would ”continue work at their posts” until the end of their terms in office in 2018.
