Kyiv`s Podil District Court has ordered the Pension Fund to restore the accrual and payment of pensions to former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko wrote on Facebook.

”I`m reporting to society: Kyiv`s Podil District Court ordered the Pension Fund to restore the accrual and payment of pensions to Mykola Azarov,” he said.

”Let me remind you that we ceased to accrue and pay him a pension at the beginning of 2015. Will we look forward to similar solutions by the Ukrainian courts on Yanukovych and Pshonka?” Rozenko asked.

”While all are vividly discussing the beginning of the political season with all the mud, which occurred in the last few days, `counter-revolutionary activities` are slowly but consistently taking place behind ”the scenes!” ”Meanwhile, ”former” officials have raised their heads and, with the help of individual courts, went on the offensive,” Rozenko said.

He added that the Pension Fund of Ukraine had already appealed to the Kyiv Court of Appeal.

Rozenko also appealed to the public and the media to take the court hearings on this case under special control.
