ATO forces repel attack in Pisky, Donetsk region

January 23-24, divisions of the Russian-terrorist forces tried to oust Ukrainian troops near village Pisky, Donetsk region, Information Resistance group leader Dmytro Tymchuk has posted on Facebook.
“Several groups of infantry with total number of 350-400 militants, 25 armored vehicles, and with the support of conventional and rocket artillery, consistently attacked the positions of Ukrainian troops in several areas. Having met a strong rebuff and suffering heavy losses, the Russian troops were forced to retreat to the starting line,” Tymchuk wrote.
He added that Ukrainian artillery had also launched a preemptive attack on a Russian unit near village Stanytsia Luhanska, Luhansk region.
