By the end of this year, it is planned to supply the Armed Forces of Ukraine with about 1,000 new and modernized samples of weapons and military technology.
Spokesperson of the Defense Ministry Viktoria Kushnir told a briefing Thursday, Ukrinform’s correspondent reports.
“Until the end of 2014, it is planned to supply the Armed Forces of Ukraine with about 1,000 new and modernized samples of weapons and military technology,” she said.
According to Kushnir, among them – 51 armored vehicles and one armored combat vehicle, 58 trucks, 41 radars of different coverage, 58 artillery sets, 115 pieces of weapons and 439 units of modern small arms.
