”The reduction of the index of consumer sentiment in November 2016 was due to the increased devaluation expectations. Index of the current personal financial situation saw the largest drop. At the same time, the index of the feasibility of large purchases in November did not change and remained at the level of October. However, despite the deterioration in November, the average value of the consumer sentiment index over the 11 months of 2016 is higher than the average value of the index over 11 months of the last year,” the report says.
