On Tuesday, 25 June 2019, the experts of the Bonn Alliance for Sustainability Research discussed issues of global change and opportunities for sustainable development in a panel discussion and presented the ICB to the public for the first time. State Secretary Annette Storsberg from the Ministry of Culture and Science of North Rhine-Westphalia, Petra Berkner from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the Mayor of Bonn, as well as the scientific director of the Bonn Alliance for Sustainability Research/ Innovation Campus (ICB), Professor Dr Jakob Rhyner, welcomed the 160 invited guests.
