NATO leaders set ambitious agenda for London summit

When transatlantic leaders meet in London in early December,
they will have another opportunity to prove that the seventy-year-old NATO
alliance still has plenty of life. A year and a half after an often intense but
productive summit in Brussels, the meeting in London “is going to be the
last opportunity in the first term of the Trump administration to convene and
address today’s most pressing security challenges and to ensure that the
process put in place of adapting the Alliance is advancing to keep its nearly one
billion people safe,” according to Atlantic Council Executive Vice President
Damon Wilson.
