Two supporters of Russian opposition leader Navalny seek political asylum in Ukraine
Two supporters of the Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny have requested political asylum in Ukraine.
The website of the Ukrainian State Border Service reports that on the morning of June 15, two men with Russian passports arrived at one of the border entry points. They immediately asked the Ukrainian border guards to provide protection from political persecution.
During the screening process it was ascertained that these Russians belong to the “Navalny bloc”. They were allowed through the border and were sent to the migration service.
